We do our best to make you satisfied with our products. We accept exchange most items if they are wrong size and color but we cannot exchange custom made items or refunds unless the manafectured fault found on them. All products must pass quality check before shipping.
- Return/replacement and refund are accepted only in 10 days of delivery date.
- The easiest and fasted way to process your exchange is to purchase the replacement item in a new order then return the unsuitable item for a refund.
- In case of return, buyer bear all the shipping expenses.
- If we have made a mistake we also refund shipping charges.
- Once we received your returend item back we will get the replacement sent out. Normally this takes a few days to a week or two depending the item to come back to us.
- You need to send photos of defects prior to return.
- Products sold in sale or discounts are not refundable unless the product is defected.
- Customized leathers are not refundable.
- Prioduct sholud be inspected upon receipt.
- No return issued to customer ordered more than two products at a single time.
